1. Rotary table machines

AST rotary table machines are highly productive machine concepts with a moderate degree of flexibility. Each machine solution is individually tailored to the required process sequence using modular assemblies.

Horizontal, vertical and inclined spindle arrangements are used for the individual processing units. The parallel loading concept in conjunction with the machining units enables very short cycle times with high and consistent quality.

A rotary table machine is used for pre-machining, intermediate machining and fine machining. By cycling the fixtures through the individual machining units, workpiece pick-up errors are avoided.

The requirement profile of this machine concept is usually a steep ramp-up curve to a high production level. This concept is also characterized by an optimized space requirement – preferably integrated into highly automated production systems.
